Her deep experience in the benefits technology space and time at Fortune 100 Aetna, combined with her passion for strategic marketing, enables her to develop compelling narratives that truly resonate with business audiences. A specialist in storytelling, branding, and thought leadership, Emma excels at helping companies cut through the noise with meaningful content that captures attention and drives engagement. Her approach focuses on creating authentic marketing strategies that deliver sustainable growth and measurable results. Emma's entrepreneurial spirit led her to launch three eco-friendly dry cleaning stores, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges business owners face. Victoria is a seasoned, data-driven marketing, communications and business development leader with nearly 30 years' experience driving success across a myriad of industries including aviation, healthcare, software, automotive, travel, insurance, outdoor recreation, business consulting and real estate. Known for her strategic mindset and creativity, she has mastered the art of branding and product positioning, helping B2B, B2C & D2C companies elevate their market presence and increase sales. With a specialty of building robust go-to-market strategic plans, Victoria thrives on turning challenges into opportunities and is committed to crafting compelling narratives that resonate with audiences. From Fortune 100 companies to iconic lifestyle brands, she has made an impact by way of partnership building and a clear communication approach. When she is not strategizing, you can find Victoria exploring new hiking trails, playing competitive volleyball, and volunteering. Volunteering has been a passion for decades, currently serving as a business mentor for the Innovation Program at Regis University, a member of the Advisory Board for the PKD Foundation and a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Colorado Women in Leadership program. Victoria believes that great marketing is all about connection – whether it’s with customers, colleagues or the community.

Kelley's expertise spans writing and editing, communications, marketing, and project management.
